Labcorp Patient Portal Registration – Steps
All customers who want to utilize the platform to view their medical records must create an account with it firstly.
Complete the following steps to successfully register on the Labcorp Patient Portal –
- Go to the official Labcorp Patient website – https://patient.labcorp.com/.
- Now, click on the “Create an Account” option.
- Shortly, a new page with a registration form will appear.
- This online registration form requires entering your details including the account Activation code, Social Security Number (Last four digits), and Date of Birth
- Check the CAPTCHA box.
- Now, click on the “Create Account” option.
- Next, verify your account by clicking on the “Verify by Text” or “Verify by Email” option.
- Shortly, you’ll get a verification code on your registered phone number/email address.
- Enter the verification code in the given box.
- Click on the “Verify” button to finish the registration process.
